Many advocates intuitively know that quality visual media can help them to prevail in the courtroom, and in the court of public opinion. Scientific research bears out the need for, and efficacy of visual media in advocacy, as is shown in the following report that I compiled and produced:

Liberty is under assault today as never before – and it is losing. This detailed report documents some of the most serious obstacles to advancing liberty today – and which  advocates must acknowledge and overcome, if it is to have a chance of being rekindled.  These include:
