Moms For Justice
I’m not at liberty to disclose the specific items I wrote for the leaders of Moms For Liberty, which enabled them to respond to a string of incendiary, false allegations against the organization, that were being uncritically repeated by the national news media. My work involved dissecting the accusations, constructing a timeline of events, then writing a detailed response, that not only refuted the allegations, but exposed the fact that the accusers knew, or should have known, their allegations were false.
Here is the testimonial I received from one of the group’s co-founders:
“I highly recommend Jon for his invaluable assistance to Moms For Liberty in clarifying messaging on a complex and challenging issue.
“Jon’s insightful guidance and clear communication skills played a pivotal role in navigating the intricacies of the matter, ultimately leading to a more coherent and effective message.
“Jon’s expertise and commitment to clarity make him an exceptional asset in any collaborative effort.”

The speech Netanyahu should give: “No More Hudnas,” Jon’s Essentialia, Jul 20, 2025.
Summary: We are chronically told that a “ceasefire” is the ultimate means to achieve peace. It is not. Israel seeks a lasting peace, but Hamas has consistently violated the ceasefires to which it agreed, in 2008, 2012, 2014, 2018, and 2021. These ceasefires were actually “hudnas” — deceptive, strategic pauses, when Hamas is losing, to enable it to rest, re-arm, re-organize, then attack Israel again and again, to advance its openly-stated objective: to destroy Israel, and exterminate the Jews. Historical precedents, like Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan in 1945, show that only the aggressor’s total, unconditional surrender ends such wars. For a true peace to begin, Hamas must unconditionally surrender, release all hostages, and disclose its terror infrastructure. Beyond that, the broader Palestinian population, which has long been on record as supporting Hamas’s ideology and objectives, must be addressed. This process can only begin with plainly-stated, verifiable facts, delivered to the global audience. That is the purpose of this speech, and the wealth of physical evidence it contains.

A speech Netanyahu could deliver that would instantly change the public’s perception of Israel’s efforts to defend herself against Hamas – Jon’s Essentialia, October 8, 2023.
Summary: Bibi challenges Hamas to allow civilians to exit Gaza until the fighting is over. He offers Israeli assistance to create a safe space for them to wait it out, where they will have all the basics of life.
It would force the “news” media and Jell-O spined public servants to acknowledge who offered to help get civilians to safety – and who forced them to act as human shields, then starved them, etc.
Excerpt:
“We ask Hamas to establish a safe-harbor point for Gaza civilians to exit the area at this location (specify), and to provide transportation for them to get there. The Israeli government, in turn, will organize a convoy of tour buses and school buses, which will transport the first of these civilians to facilities where we can care for them, until our war against Hamas ends: sporting arenas, unused schools, and the like. They will be provided with food, medical care and shelter, and assuming no Hamas rockets him them, they will be safe.
While these first Gazans are transported to central Israel, we will be constructing a tent city, on our side of the border, where they will receive shelter, water, food and medical care.
Once this exodus is completed, it is assumed that aside from a few special cases, the only people that will be left in Gaza will be terrorists who have the courage to fight our soldiers. That way, Gaza’s civilian population will be completely taken out of the equation, and Hamas will no longer be able to use women and children as human shields.
We are calling this “Operation Hamas Let Your People Go.”
To facilitate it, we have established a website, hamasletyourpeoplego.com, and placed a team on the ground in Egypt to handle the necessary logistical coordination with Hamas.
For people around the world who are truly concerned about Gaza’s civilian population, I ask you to please contact your governmental representatives and the human rights groups in your area, and ask them to support Operation Hamas Let Your People Go.
To the humanitarian aid organizations, I ask that you commit to supporting this venture, and to donating the food, medicine, bedding and other necessary materials to help Gaza civilians to make this transition.
Will Hamas take us up on this offer?”

My response to him is here: https://x.com/JonSutz/status/1956714295892345099
Thank you @Will_Tanner_1. FWIW, a Russian parable:
A pig comes upon an oak tree, devours the acorns strewn on the ground and, when his belly is full, starts digging the soil to undercut the oak tree’s roots. A bird perched on a high branch upbraids him, saying: “If you could lift your snoot, you would discover that the acorns grow on this tree.”
Also: “What do you call it when someone steals someone else’s money secretly? Theft. What do you call it when someone takes someone else’s money openly by force? Robbery. What do you call it when a politician takes someone else’s money in taxes and gives it to someone who is more likely to vote for him? Social Justice.”
– Thomas Sowell
And to @L__Macfarlane:
The property of which you speak is what is left over after all the taxes have been paid on it. It is free and clear, the remainder of the product of the work one has done to build wealth, to pass on to their offspring, or whatever organizations or causes are designated in their will. No one has a moral right to say, “Well the wealth is after all the taxes have been paid, but in a matter of its owner’s death, now, we get to tax it again.”
It’s wretchedly insane and wrong, no matter how many people or professors say it is not.
And the graphic I attached to my post:
A few hours later I came back to see this:
Yep, that’s the real deal Elon:
August 15, 2025 – a date that I will remember for the rest of my life – because the man who inspires me the most, and with whom I most want to work, publicly “liked” something I wrote.

“I’m Rob Schilling, and I’m running for re-election to the Charlottesville City Council. I submit the same challenge to Charlottesville voters.
“For too many years, our City Council was governed by one-way thinking – unlimited spending and tax increases, little or no accountability or restraint, and no dissenting views.

Letter to NYT re false claim of “capitalism”
From:jonsutz@yahoo.com
To:public@nytimes.com
Mon, May 14, 2007
Dear Mr. Calame:
I am writing to complain about the NYTimes’ use of the word “capitalism” to describe what is demonstrably fraud, and probable racketeering, in the story “Where Little Grows, Capitalism Takes Root” by Dan Barry on page 15 of the Sunday NYT (http://select.nytimes.com/2007/05/13/us/13land.html)
The story describes how a bunch of hucksters “sold” land in baren Utah that they did not own – in many cases, sight unseen – to people around the world. This is not capitalism.
Capitalism is the voluntary exchange of privately-owned products and services (and land) between people, under the rule of objectively-defined and -enforced laws. No matter how many ways, and for how long its actual definition has been distorted or lied about, or has been maligned as being “oppressive,” or “unfair,” or “inhuman,” capitalism is the economic manifestation of freedom and a rational code of individual rights.
What this article described is a crime that would (and should) be severely punished under a capitalist system. I refer to capitalism’s most ardent advocate and defender to explain further:
“Capitalism is a social system based on the recognition of individual rights, including property rights, in which all property is privately owned. The recognition of individual rights entails the banishment of physical force from human relationships: basically, rights can be violated only by means of force. In a capitalist society, no man or group may initiate the use of force against others. The only function of the government, in such a society, is the task of protecting man’s rights, i.e., the task of protecting him from physical force.”
– “What Is Capitalism?” Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal, 19.
For more information on the true nature of capitalism, I refer you to www.aynrand.org
Fraud constitutes a form of force, by deceptively taking the purchaser’s money based on a lie – in this case, a lie that was apparently perpetrated by more than one person, which indicates a criminal conspiracy.
Fraud and theft are the opposite of capitalism.
I urge you, as the NY Times’ Public Editor, to address this issue, and for the benefit of your readers and the reputation of your paper, to ensure that such a fundamental subversion of language and concepts is not permitted to make it to your pages in the future.
Sincerely,
Jon Sutz
